Boa tarde a todos
Ontem aconteceu na ABL (Academia de Bilhar de Lisboa) a
reunião para a nova época (2019/2020) de Bilhar ("Pool" português e 3 Tabelas), presidida pelo Pedro Dominguez.
Ficámos a saber, pelas palavras do Pedro, que a ABL cresceu imenso com um grande número de jovens e não só, a engrossar as nossas fileiras de atletas. A época de 2019/2020 terá, certamente, sete equipas de Bilhar às 3 Tabelas, uma a competir na 2.ª Divisão e as outras seis, na 3.ª Divisão. No "Pool" português teremos três equipas.

Foi uma reunião muito interessante, porque nela se mostrou
o que a direcção pretende para a próxima época. Entre as pretensões,
mencionamos aqui Workshops e Aprendizagem em "3 Tabelas",
possivelmente poder-se-à estender estas actividades ao "Pool"
(português).
Irá também existir, embora não seja fácil, estatística por
cada jogo oficial individual (tipo de carambolas executadas de cada um dos
nossos atletas), para futura melhoria de performance. Na sequência iremos
tentar ter uma aplicação (apps) onde se possa recolher e coligir essa
informação.
Teremos também novos equipamentos (2 camisolas).

Este meu blogue continuará a acompanhar a ABL e
nomeadamente a equipa onde eu jogo, a equipa C ou 3, e esta terá as suas
estatísticas publicadas, jogo a jogo, com a média geral de cada jogador.
Relativamente às outras equipas e outros jogadores
continuarei com a mostra dos dados gerais de médias de carambola, de todos os
atletas, que continuarão a ser
recolhidos por mim, nesta época e publicados.
Espero que seja uma época boa e profícua para todos nós e
para a nossa Academia.

Good afternoon everyone
Yesterday was held at the ABL (Lisbon Billiards
Academy) the meeting for the new season (2019/2020) of Billiards (Portuguese "Pool" and 3 Tables), chaired by Pedro Dominguez.
We learned from Peter's words that ABL has grown immensely with a large number of
young people and beyond, growing our ranks of athletes. The 2019/2020 season
will certainly have seven Billiard teams at the 3 Cushion, one competing in the
2nd Division and the other six in the 3rd Division. In the Portuguese
"Pool" we will have three teams.
It was a very interesting meeting, because it showed
what the Direction wants for the next season. Among the claims, we mention
Workshops and Learning in "3 Cushion", possibly these activities
could be extended to the "Pool" (Portuguese).
There will also be, though not easy, statistics for
each individual official game (type of balls performed by each of our athletes) for future performance
improvement. Next we will try to have an application (apps) where we can
collect this information.
We will also have this season, new equipment (2 t-shirts).

This blog of mine will continue to follow the ABL and
notably the team where I play, team C or 3, and it will have its statistics
published, game by game, with the overall average of each player.
For the other teams and other players I will continue
to show the overall average of all athletes, that I will continue to collected this
season and published.
I hope it will be a good and fruitful new season for
all of us and our Academy.
